Data Submission Guidelines
Data Feed Submission
The data feed is a single file that contains product data and inventory and needs to be formatted as follows:
The file must be in CSV (.csv) format. Please note that alternative file formats are currently not compatible with our systems.
All inventory data must be condensed into one tab. Multiple tabs within the file cannot be processed at this time.
Data Feed Column Headers
A comprehensive list of column headers that should ideally be present in a data feed is outlined below. Each column header is accompanied by an explanation of the data type (numerical, text, restricted values), and an indication of whether the field is mandatory. Mandatory fields are essential for successful storage of the product in our database.
Before transmitting the data feed on one of our channels, please submit a sample copy of your data feed for verifying compatibility.

Data Feed Transmission via FTP server
When ready to transmit, your FTP credentials will be configured and shared, along with a private key file. You can utilize free solutions like FileZilla or Winzip for connecting to the FTP server. We recommend using FileZilla.

Data Feed Transmission via Email
Send the data feed at regular intervals via email to inventory@fulhaus.com. Please note that this inbox is unmonitored. Therefore, it is essential to inform Fülhaus before initiating this form of transmission.
Product Images: Hosted vs Non-Hosted Images
If the partner is hosting the images, it is imperative that at least one image URL is transmitted in the data feed.
If images are available locally (non-hosted), please ensure they are in the following file extensions: .jpg, .png, .jpeg. These can be submitted to Fülhaus’ through a Google Drive link. Alternatively, if you have space limitations, we can provide you a dropbox link for you to upload the image folders.
Ideally, high resolution images are required for a quality client experience. While not mandatory, it is preferred that for each product, at least one of the images transmitted should have a white background (non-lifestyle image). This ensures a clear representation of the product itself without any contextual setting.
