Going Large-Scale with Placemakr

This year Fülhaus secured its largest project to date: a 196-unit project for Placemakr’s Music Row, an aparthotel located in Nashville’s bustling Midtown neighborhood. Dedicated to redefining the hotel-style apartment experience, Music Row offers everything from fully-equipped, design-forward studios to two-bedroom apartments that cater to tenants looking for short and long-term stays alike.

When the client came to us in early 2022, they were looking for a turnkey service, one that would not only provide a high-end design solution but also source the furniture, install everything, and stage and photograph the entire project, too—Fülhaus fit the bill.

Three separate off-the-shelf Fülhaus design styles were selected and split across each of the 196 units: Light & Luxe, Biophilia, and Classic Blue. The Light & Luxe units emphasize a modern, glamorous feel with neutral textiles, hints of gold, and marble accents, while the Biophilia apartments are all about nature-forward design with a focus on raw materials and green pops of color. Blues, dark woods, and leathers define the Classic Blue apartments. Each unit features an accent wall, a sofa bed in the living room, and a fully-equipped kitchenette.

Thanks to the successful completion of this project, we established a strong working relationship with Placemakr—stay tuned for exciting new projects in the near future!
